It’s funny that I am writing about how to be coachable when I am one of the least coachable people on the planet. And it’s because of those sentences above. I thought, and still sometimes do think, I know best. My way is the right way.
New Year New You. Do you ever feel mocked by it all? Endless social media posts, videos, classes, groups…. It’s enough to make you scream. Why do you think so many people are desperate to create something new in the first place? Are they dissatisfied with their lives, their bodies, their friends, their activities, and actions? Let’s be honest, if you really started to dig into that question, where does it all stem from?
Your business is a lot of things…
Your baby, your passion, your mission, your _____? Fill in the blank.
Whatever it is it is a big deal for you and your future.
You’ve got big plans and dreams! I get it!
…and you want it to be a roaring success but it feels like you’re missing a piece of the puzzle…
The piece everyone else has figured out.
You’ve got your business and you are ready to see all those clients everyone seems to celebrate start pouring in…
People need to see you & remember you ( BRANDING ) to get on your email list where you can nurture them ( LEAD GENERATION ) to make the sale.
Hooray, it's November and the season for giving and expressing gratitude!
November kicks off my favorite time of year. There's nothing quite like being in the giving spirit where you can show others how much you love and appreciate them. An opportunity to express gratitude for all your blessings, the fantastic people in your life, and clients.
As an entrepreneur, you can be a leader in your community and industry by showing your gratitude by giving back to others.
In fact, it's quite ingenious!
Your generosity to give back has a lot of benefits. Here are five reasons how being a philanthropist can benefit your business both online and off:
- Builds respect and an excellent reputation in your community and industry.
- Connections and networking with others who have similar passions for giving back.
- Increases brand awareness, exposure, and provides positive publicity.
- Creates a ripple effect for more generosity within your community.
- Builds goodwill within your community.
Are you an online service based provider or a small business owner?
Do you struggle with finding quality leads for your business?
Perhaps your wondering and thinking - 'There has to be a better way'!
In my experience, clients that are ready to outsource their marketing do so because they:
- are struggling to keep up with their marketing tasks by continuously trying to DIY
- don't know the best strategies and don't care to learn them
- aren't tech savvy, loathe sales + marketing, and social media overwhelms them
Do these sound like you too?
Do you want to be a person of influence and make an impact by leaving your mark on the world?
I get it! I have a huge passion for helping others, and I desire to make an incredible impact where I can leave a legacy that I can be proud of.
Perhaps you feel like I did when I started my business. I knew I was destined for greatness and was confident that I would make an impact. However, I didn't know where to begin or how to position myself as a leader, expert, and authority figure. But I knew that if I was going to be able to do all that I dreamed about that it was going to take some massive action. But what?
Honestly, had I known what I know now, my life and business would be drastically different. #realtalk I'd be further along on my journey. However, what I have learned over the years is extremely valuable and because I was able to slowly learn the ins and outs of how to get insanely visible, gain influence, and start making an impact I can effortlessly guide you and my clients through a simple but effective strategy that works. I took the time to test, tweak, and track my strategy and by doing so, I know that with beyond a shadow of a doubt it'll be a game changer for your business too.
The definition of a brand or branding may vary from person to person.
Here at Designed By Adriannia, we believe that branding is all about defining the influence that you have and displaying your ability to create change and impact in the world around you.
Branding goes beyond your logo, your fonts, and your colors. Branding is getting your whole self-involved from your values to your mission.
Your brand is how you make someone else feel when they see all of these elements and more working together. It’s how you make someone feel about themselves.
So you want to DIY your brand until you can afford to hire someone to help, but you just can’t seem to get your fonts right.
Well for one, I think, this is a smart way to get started with your business. So many things change when you first get started with your business that things are more fluid and less solidified. This is all a part of the process.
As you start working on your business and learning more about what direction you really do want to take you’ll have the flexibility to make adjustments and changes. So in a sense, it is really smart to hold off on hiring to design your branding until you have a clearer vision of what the basics of your branding are.
But until then let’s talk about a part of branding and design in general that people often make mistakes using fonts for their business. Luckily with a few pieces of information, you can successfully avoid making these same mistakes.

I have the most beautiful blue-eyed, blond little girl. An airy-fairy one, who gets lost in her world. When I look at her, I see a world of potential. I am a proud mama.
I am sure my mother looked at me the same way when I was born. I am convinced she only saw the best and the most beautiful. Even though mama only believed the best I had to offer; I choose to listen to the lies of the world, as well as the lies of the mirror.
My story isn’t unique, but I am most certainly one of the lucky ones.
When I was 15, I woke up one morning a decided that I am fat, not overweight or unhealthy. FAT! UGLY! GROSS! On that morning I made the conscious decision to starve myself to lose the fatness. I began with an exercise routine and ate as little as possible. In a mere five weeks, I lost 15 kilos. And boy was I proud! I went back to school and felt fabulous. I was thin, and I thought I was prettier.
