Struggling to hit your goals each month? 

Listen, I completely understand. There was a time when my goals seemed too audacious and impossible to achieve. It left me feeling like I was never good enough. I was frustrated with my lack of results and inability to hit my goals no matter how hard I hustled.  

Can you relate?  

There are a few steps to creating a goal crushing strategy that'll allow you to consistently hit your goals month after month. 

  1. Mindset

  2. Clarity

  3. Strategy

  4. Action

Alright, let's dive in and break each of these steps down! 


When gearing up to CRUSH your GOALS, you gotta have your head in the game as well as be clear on your desires. I’m sure you’ve heard it before that mindset is everything and, honey, IT IS!

The first step to crushing your goals it to BELIEVE that YOU are 110% capable of achieving them. If you don’t believe that you can achieve what you’re attempting to do, then you might as well not even bother to try. Belief in yourself, your abilities and what God has in store for you is imperative to you succeeding.

Establishing a daily mindset routine can significantly help you shift that mindset from fearful to fabulous!

Some tasks you can do as part of your daily mindset routine are: 

  • Prayer

  • Bible study

  • Meditation

  • Journal writing

  • EFT tapping

  • Visualization

  • Affirmations or mantras

One way that I like to help get my head in the game as part of my daily mindset routine is to answer the following questions in my journal:

  • What is one of the biggest mistakes that I’ve made in the past? What did I learn from it?

  • What is one thing I accomplished despite not believing that I could? What did I learn from it?

  • What am I afraid of? Why am I afraid? What can I do to move past this fear?

  • What can I do today to take inspired action towards my goals? Why is this goal important to me?

  • If I don't achieve my goal what will that say about me? How will it feel to not hit my goal?

  • What is my intuition (Holy Spirit) telling me or what did it tell me during prayer and meditation? What does it mean? How am I expected to move forward according to God's plan?

Pretty easy, right?

You are more than capable of shifting that mindset or yours and get that boo-tay shaking while you crush your goals! But first, your mindset must be in tip-top shape! Ditch that stinkin' thinkin' stat and keep moving forward. 


Clarity is KEY to CRUSHING your GOALS! Without it, you’ll be one hot mess. Therefore to start, you need to determine what you truly want and why. Ponder this questions as they'll help you gain some clarity on your goals: 

  • What’s the urgency to achieve the goals?

  • Why do the goals matter to you?

  • What's the benefit or reward of achieving your goals?

Remember, a lack of focus will not help you crush your goal. With clarity you become focused. Focused intention brings results. 

Here are some tips to getting clarity on your goals so that you can crush them are to be specific, write them down, and set the intention. From there you can do some more journal writing to make sure you’re clear on what it is that you want. You can start by journaling the following:

  • What would your life and/or business look like if you crushed your goal?

  • What would happen if you didn’t achieve your goal?

  • What’s one small thing you could do to start?


When prepping to CRUSH your GOALS, having a clear strategy that allows you to organize your thoughts and develop a plan is vital to accomplishing your goals. The best part of it is that it doesn’t need to be complicated. Here’s the deal, so many people get so wrapped up in planning their 1-year, 5-year or 10-year goals. While that’s great and all, your brain is unable to process anything past 90 days.

Ninety days?

Yup, you gotta it, babe. That’s why it is imperative that work in 90-day increments. You're able to get laser focused and get more done! Anything past the 90-day mark is just a dream. So much can change 6-months from now; which is why focusing on 90-days makes more sense in the grand scheme of things. Focus on the next 90 days and develop a clear strategy for it.

To start, determine an overall theme for the 90 days. From there break that theme into monthly action steps. Then take those action steps and turn it into weekly action steps and then daily action steps. While you’re at it, don’t forget to reverse engineer your sales numbers to make sure you crush your goals.

Lastly, create a contingency plan or aka Plan B. The contingency plan will come into play on those days where you’re feeling less than inspired to hit your goals. This contingency plan will essentially help you when you’ve fallen off the bandwagon or when something or someone steals your attention away. Your Plan B will basically be an If/Then statement to hold you accountable. For example: IF I am too tired to read responses to messages THEN I will set a timer a respond to messages during my allotted time.

Make sense? I know you've got this! 


When creating a goal crushing strategy, there’s nothing worse than inaction. Why would you spend time creating a goal and only to find yourself right back at square one? Yucky! Who would ever want that to happen? Not me! 

Therefore, to break it down simply for you, here are 5 reasons why you may be feeling stuck, uninspired and quite literally not taking any action:

  1. You're burnt out.

  2. You have a scarcity or fixed mindset.

  3. You’re frustrated and overwhelmed.

  4. You’re making excuses due to resistance.

  5. Your goals are unrealistic.

Kinda like a big kick in the gut to slap some truth on ya, eh? That’s why it is important to take care of yourself and stay in alignment or you’ll end up on quite the slump and won’t be taking any action towards hitting your goals.

Which of the five reasons are holding you back from hitting your goals and achieving greatness? I bet it's more than one, right?

Now that you know why you’re not taking action, let’s dive into how to take INSPIRED ACTION when pursuing your goals. To keep it short, sweet and to the point, if any of the 5 are a HELL YEAH, then do it, because you’re taking inspired action. Here are 5 signs that you’re taking inspired action towards goals:

  • You’re following your intuition (Holy Spirit).

  • You’re being of service to someone with your own free will.

  • You’re excited and lit up about it!

  • You’re NOT feeling anxious or nervous.

  • You’re outside of your comfort zone and feeling great!

As you see, taking inspired action really is quite simple. Once you know that you're on the right path it helps motivate and inspire you to keep going to achieve your goals. 

Creating a strategy behind your goals really doesn't have to be as complicated as everyone makes it out to be. Four simple steps help get your mindset right, gain clarity, strategize, and take inspired action. When you've nailed this you'll feel unstoppable! You'll see and experience the momentum and let's be honest the thrill of crushin' your goals is worth the prep and hustle. Remember, a goal without a strategy is just a dream. Your dreams are worth making a reality!
